STEP 1

Select a division to follow first of all:

Once you have sent one of the above messages you will be sent a text message from twitter asking you for a user name in reply, do so.

STEP 3

You shouldn't have to, but you will probably now need to repeat STEP 1 to start getting the updates. Once you have gone through this process, you can sign up to other leagues simply by following the STEP 1 instructions.
